It was not an easy task installing this unit in a small attic on a platform and securing for earthquake. They had to run copper tubing 50 feet across the attic without any soldering to the outside unit. All the new ducts were installed exactly where I wanted. The job site was left clean and my old water cooler was removed and they capped the roof opening as promised. I highly recommend this company for your heating and air conditioning needs.
